FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our factory operates 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday. 
Our offices are open 9 AM to 6 PM.

Our factory is located at 18 Neythal Rd, Singapore 628583.

Our standard turnaround time for normal laundry services is 24 hours, ensuring thorough cleaning.  
For urgent needs, we offer an express service with a turnaround time of 4 hours to accommodate faster delivery without compromising quality.
Do note that turnaround time may extend during peak periods such as festive seasons or major events (e.g. F1).

We offer services in bulk laundry, guest laundry and linen leasing. For more detailed information on each service, please check out our services page.

We do offer simple alteration service for garments such as fixing buttons, zippers, etc. and mending tears. Do us know in advance if there are such issues to take note of.

Dry-cleaning is a cleaning process using no water, only utilizing liquid solvents in a specialized machine, making it more suitable for garments too delicate for traditional washing.

For Guest Laundry: dresses, trousers, suits, soft toys, wedding gowns, leather items

For Bulk Laundry: Linen, F&B, and uniforms 

We mainly do laundry services for the hospitality sector (i.e. hotels, hospitals, F&B), and other establishments that require bulk laundry service.
